A gem in the old town
Woo Gallery & Boutique Hotel is a delightful surprise nestled in Phuket's Old Town. The charming decor creates a warm atmosphere, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location enabled us to explore shops and local food spots easily, and we absolutely loved the delicious Thai breakfast each morning.
However, the hotel did lack laundry services, which would have been a plus, especially after our day-long excursions. It was a small inconvenience but noticeable for a multi-day stay.

renovated old building, beautifully furnished lounges, amazing historical artifacts
It might help to clarify room bookings beforehand!!! The layout can be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage, and the drink selection for breakfast could definitely use some variety!!! Consider offering refills for bottled water!!!

Had a fantastic stay in a comfy room with a lovely balcony to enjoy the view. I loved relaxing in the garden area and grabbing a coffee at the cool café next door. The only thing was the bottled water didn’t get refilled, but it didn’t put a damper on my experience. ☕

The room was spacious with a lovely, modern bathroom. Daily complimentary snacks were a nice touch, and the friendly staff was always ready to help (very welcoming! ). The hotel’s central location in the vibrant area made exploring so easy.
Though the breakfast menu was limited, I would have appreciated a buffet option to enhance the experience.

Ideal for families seeking charm
The hotel is amazing! We were greeted with a cold drink on arrival. They even booked us a taxi to the airport when we left, which was super helpful. The breakfast was ordered the day before, with a good selection that included omelets and fried eggs. Our room was spacious and had a lovely big bathroom. There were complimentary snacks and water refilled daily! The atmosphere added to our stay, with a unique design and cleanliness that impressed us.
It was rather pricey, but honestly it was worth it.

The room was cozy and beautifully decorated with a lot of wooden furniture. The bathroom looked modern and was super clean. I appreciated how comfortable the bed was after a long day of exploring. Amenities like the breakfast were a nice touch, but honestly, the bottled water wasn’t refilled during our stay, which was a bit annoying.
